Father's Day

Ok, so I was just wondering if anyone does anything with their Daddy for Father's Day?

I made my Daddy a card that I'm going to send to him (he doesn't know about it). I was really happy with how it came out, and I showed some of my friends that know I'm little. One of them said it was too far...

Now I'm kinda worried that Daddy will think the same and it'll freak him out... Nothing I've mentioned yet has freaked him out, he seems as eager to try everything as I am; paci (actually have one), diapers, feeding me a bottle of milk etc...

So I thought seeing as you guys are all Little too I'd ask what you guys do

I'm sorry that your friends freaked you out. Are they little themselves or know much about ddlg? If not, it might just seem really "strange" to them.

Me, being a little myself, thinks it's a really cute and fun idea! He's your daddy and you want to show him you appreciate him. I think he'd really like it.

If it really worries you, maybe you should ask him :)

I have one little friend, who is actually my bff irl. But since becoming a model and breaking up with her Daddy I'm not sure if she even likes me anymore....

It wasn't her that commented though, the friend that said it is on the brink of becoming a mum herself.

I kinda want to ask him, but I don't want to ruin the surprise

I understand both sides of this. You love your daddy so of course you want to celebrate him and give him a card and tell him he's wonderful and everything. It makes perfect sense and there's nothing wrong with it, in my opinion.

On the other hand, I can see where some people, especially a pregnant woman who isn't a Little, think it's going too far because she thinks its too close to your pretend daddy being your actual father. Do you know what I mean?

Even some people within the CG/L community might think it's weird because we're already accused of fetishising incest (which we do not) so we're often very careful to make sure that no lines are blurred between your partner/caregiver and your real parents.

At the end of the day, the person who showed disapproval isn't in your relationship, so it's doesn't really matter what she thinks. Your daddy knows and understands your relationship just as well as you do (or at least he should) and therefore I don't think there will be any problem when you give him the lovely card that you made yourself.

Does that mean you're ONLY looking for the opinions of other littles? :p

Having given Father's Day cards to people who were in any way father-figures to me in addition to the role my actual dad plays in my life, and having received some myself for the same reasons, I can tell you people tend to appreciate being appreciated for whatever they offer in that role.

And even if you're more into just ageplay and fun, unless either of you are uncomfortable there with any of the words that mean "dad", who hates getting a card, especially a handmade one from someone they like?

Not at all. I didn't mean to imply I was only looking for other little's opinions, it was purely because I was posting in this section. Thank you for you response.

Thank you to everyone who replied. I have actually just posted it, about 20 mins ago XD.

I'll let you know his reaction

daddy & i are long distance, so i'm going to send him a cute card and small package in the mail.

i think its a good way to show how much you appreciate him, whereas you don't always get to.

i told daddy i was sending him a card and he thought it was a cute idea.

I like to order things online and have them sent to his house. Like I have a Hogwarts Acceptance letter and a Marauder's Map. He thinks they're both really cool and said how much he'd like them, he wasn't asking me, just mentioning it. They arrived at his house yesterday. His reaction to them made me grin so hard that I couldn't grin any wider and my cheeks started to ache.

I'm super glad they arrived yesterday. It sucks when Daddy has a hard day and I can't be there to help make things better

I should clarify I ordered him personalised ones with his name, I didn't send him my ones

thats super cute and adorable! c:

i'm ordering him some stuff off etsy - he plays overwatch and WoW, so i'm getting him an A4 print which i'll frame, an alliance sticker for his laptop and an alliance patch for his battle jacket. with a few other things :3

he always orders me inexpensive things when i'm having bad days, and i try to send him as many letters as i can. little surprises in the post do honestly fuel our relationship.

Yep! I gets ya with that! I think it's adorable that you're buying him stuff ft his fandoms. Daddy bought me a replica of Bellatrix's wand from Harry Potter for Christmas and Voldemort's for my birthday!

I think its a great idea!! I wanted to do something like that to my daddy too. Give him some love and apreciation.

Don't be discouraged by people who don't undertand DD/lg.

So Daddy opened my card yesterday and he loves it! It had Donald Duck (his favourite character) and Daisy Duck on it hugging and I wrote two cute Daddy poems on the inside :3
