Guest Kitten_Mae Posted June 7, 2016 Report Posted June 7, 2016 *hug* it's okay! He might have lost his phone or his internet connection or something! Or maybe he got super busy and forgot to tell you! I don't know the details but I'm sure your daddy will come back
LoralieHaze Posted June 8, 2016 Report Posted June 8, 2016 On one of the other message boards that I frequent, we call this "ghosting", where a guy just disappears all of a sudden with no warning or indications. It basically means that he doesn't want to continue talking to and/or dating you but he's too much of wimp to actually tell you and be honest with you. It could also mean that he was cheating on someone with you and he got caught. The same exact thing happened to me over the weekend so I know how bad it sucks and I'm sorry that you're being put in this situation. There is a chance that he lost his phone or that some sort of emergency came up, but I don't want you to be holding out hope for something that might never happen. Wait a few more days for him to contact you again, but after it's been a week, I would count it as a loss and move on. If he talks to you before Thursday though, he better have a damn good excuse for leaving you hanging and making you worry. 1
spacebaby Posted June 11, 2016 Author Report Posted June 11, 2016 Update: he still hasn't talked to me. I probably did something wrong...
spacebaby Posted June 11, 2016 Author Report Posted June 11, 2016 LittleKittenLo, I'm really sorry that that happened to you (
Dumbledork'sPrincess Posted June 11, 2016 Report Posted June 11, 2016 This happened to me one time. A Daddy I was talking to just disappeared, no warning, nothing. We were in the middle of a conversation and he didn't reply for a while (which was ok because I had been a little busy, and I knew he was in work). I heard nothing until two months later,he just popped up again out of no where. He said his work had sent him abroad for two months and that he wasn't allowed to tell anyone, even family, and that he wasn't allowed his phone. I never did believe him, but we don't tall anymore
littlelili Posted June 11, 2016 Report Posted June 11, 2016 Happened to me in the past and I also thought that I did something wrong. But as the time passed I realized that even if I did something wrong or not, daddy should have been strong enough to tell that in my face. If he didn't want anything he should have told me that instead of disappearing. Do not feel you did something wrong if you know you did not Capri Sun Kitten. I hope he appears soon with an explanation. If he doesn't I hope you learn from this and gather strength from your close ones. Hugs 1

In my situation, I'm pretty sure he stopped talking to me because I didn't want to sleep with him right away. If I could do the whole thing over again, I wouldn't because he was being unreasonable, not me. No matter what excuses these guys have, they should be man enough to tell us what it is. As someone so wisely pointed out to me in a PM, this is a very clear indication that they're not responsible enough to be caregivers and we're better off without them.
