something that helps me is looking for an interesting art challenge, you know, those internet challenges that makes you draw something different each day... or each hour.

This can also be fun. Or "Tennis" sessions where you draw a character then someone else draws their version of it and then passes back something they drew for you to draw. Actually an art tennis thread here could be fun.
