sammyxoxo Posted November 22, 2016 Report Posted November 22, 2016 That's exactly what I do! I have like a regular book I fill will doodles, poems, quotes, or whatever. But then I have my little one. I literally put anything in it that speaks to me. It doesn't even have to make sense. I feel like too much organization takes away from the fun. hehe. I hope you do start one! It helps me so much and makes me really happy! ^-^ Yeah I feel like mine will just be filled with a bunch of stuff too. I want to get one that is big enough to glue my coloring pages in. I also love decorating things with stickers so I will do that too^^ Too much organization definitely takes away from the fun (:

Sweetbabybug Posted June 24, 2017 Report Posted June 24, 2017 A couple of days ago I got a new light up mermaid journal and a pack of scented glitter gel pens from 5 and below, and I want to turn it into a little journal with my rules and rewards and punishments and I would like some ideas of what else to put into my journal any ideas would be helpful. Please and thank you
mylittlesidewearsblack Posted June 24, 2017 Report Posted June 24, 2017 maybe little space triggers? what are your hard limits? soft limits? things you want to do one day? hopes that you have? literally anything that you feel?
Spooky Posted June 24, 2017 Report Posted June 24, 2017 Doodles! (create your own stuffie, your ultimate play space, etc) Little Recipes! (you can write out the ingredients and instructions, make notes on each one) Make a list of activities you want to try out! (blanket forts, zoo day, etc. you can even make notes on it when you complete them!) You can daily journal what you want to accomplish that day, or even weekly. A daily feeling journal, how you are feeling, why you are feeling that way. Or even a simplified one of happy or frowny faces.
Sweetbabybug Posted June 26, 2017 Report Posted June 26, 2017 Thanks for all these ideas me and daddy are going to try them out.
Guest ~*~Sachita~*~ Posted June 26, 2017 Report Posted June 26, 2017 Hey! A light-up mermaid journal sounds AWESOME!!! A little called bunnyblush made a great post about general ideas for a journal here: https://www.ddlgforum.com/topic/21766-little-space-art-journal-ideas-here/ My favorite thing in my journal is a list called Happiness Is... where I list all the things that make me happy, like chocolate, soft fabrics, and comfy furniture. Have fun! Hope it turns out beautiful!

Guest ShyLittleLee Posted September 5, 2017 Report Posted September 5, 2017 I've never thought/heard of doing a little space journal. But that would be super cute to do . You could put your rules in it/rules you give yourself, the name of your stuffies/ their birthdays, make cute little pictures and doodles or drawings you did, a favorites page your fav foods, tv shows ex.
Guest Sillylittlemouse Posted September 5, 2017 Report Posted September 5, 2017 Ohh boy! I do need to keep track of me stuffies hehe
Guest ~*~Sachita~*~ Posted September 5, 2017 Report Posted September 5, 2017 Hey, welcome to the forum! As someone who is working and going to school, a planner is a necessity for keeping my life straight. It kind of doubles as a little journal, where I make lists, tape my finished coloring projects, and keep any useful DDLG info. In addition to all of the adult stuff, included in the planner is a layout for my ideal "little area" (loooots of fairy lights), a list of activities that make me feel little, and everyday things I can do or wear to be little in public (headbands, cute socks, ice cream cones, etc.). There are sections at the end of each month to reflect and journal, I use these areas to express little fears and goals. There is a lot of useful information on this site, hopefully one of these topics will give you some good ideas: Little Space Art Journal Ideas: https://www.ddlgforum.com/topic/21766-little-space-art-journal-ideas-here/ A Little Journal: https://www.ddlgforum.com/topic/22250-a-little-journal/ Does Anyone Keep a Journal?: https://www.ddlgforum.com/topic/2347-does-anyone-keep-a-journal/?hl=journal&do=findComment&comment=21689 Little Journal/Diary or Scrapbook/Smashbook: https://www.ddlgforum.com/topic/6838-little-journaldiary-or-scrapbooksmashbook/?hl=journal&do=findComment&comment=80509 Little Space Smashbook: https://www.ddlgforum.com/topic/4282-i-made-a-little-space-smash-book/?hl=journal&do=findComment&comment=65385 Hope this helps, let us know how it turns out!
Guest GalaxyGirl26 Posted September 5, 2017 Report Posted September 5, 2017 I've always wanted to start one, but never got around to it. I think I will soon, but we are in the process of moving right now. It has to wait. *pouts* What all would you put in yours?
lacey bunny Posted September 5, 2017 Report Posted September 5, 2017 (edited) I have a little space journal! I mostly write about my feelings or things that have happened while in little space. My Daddy is typically busy so it's something for me to do. Sometimes I’ll let my Daddy read it if I'm having trouble being verbally expressive or if I want to share something with him when he's not around for it. I decorate the pages in my journal with stickers or drawings before I start writing. I title each entry too. I also write in different colour pens! I use different colours for “little words”, “Daddy words", feelings, direct quoting, as well as time/location. I really enjoy it! I was going to start another little space journal that would be for different topics I pick from a jar/box. Tonight I was actually going to hit up pinterest for topic/jounraling ideas so I can start making the Topic Jar this week!If any of you are interested in what topics I find I'm more than willing to share. I would love ideas to add to the Topic Jar as well. So please let me if you have any! (ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ*) Edited September 5, 2017 by lacey bunny

Princesspoopybutt Posted September 5, 2017 Report Posted September 5, 2017 I dont have a little space journal but I do got a "daddy and princess stuff book" which basically is our rules/punishments/stuffies and just whatever else we wanna pit in there
Laladolly Posted September 7, 2017 Report Posted September 7, 2017 I really love this idea! I think I'd like to start keeping a little SketchBook and maybe scribble down some fun stuff in that as well.
lacey bunny Posted September 7, 2017 Report Posted September 7, 2017 Including stuff for daddy to read too sounds like a good idea! Sometimes it's easier to write down your thoughts rather than expressing them verbally. Colour codes could work too. Also leaving cute messages for daddy to read on some pages hehe! I love the idea of putting cute messages for daddy to read! Thank you. I dont have a little space journal but I do got a "daddy and princess stuff book" which basically is our rules/punishments/stuffies and just whatever else we wanna pit in there That is really sweet! Do both of you write in the book or is it just you?
Princesspoopybutt Posted September 9, 2017 Report Posted September 9, 2017 I love the idea of putting cute messages for daddy to read! Thank you. That is really sweet! Do both of you write in the book or is it just you? Our relationship is long distance so sadly he can't
lacey bunny Posted September 9, 2017 Report Posted September 9, 2017 Our relationship is long distance so sadly he can't My Daddy and I are long distance too. Because we're long distance and he's busy often I keep a separate journal of our relationship. Once I fill it up I was going to send it to him and start a new one.

Thats actually a really cute idea I never thought of doing that
Guest Arc Posted September 10, 2017 Report Posted September 10, 2017 I started writing journals three months ago. I just finished my first one and I'm giving it to Daddy for his upcoming birthday. I decorated mine with stickers and washi tape and gel pens to make it really cute and pretty. I filled it with stories, fantasies, and just my general thoughts because Daddy loves hearing what I think about. I stuck in photos of us or of me, along with drawings and colouring in pages I did for him. I even put in the plane tickets for the flights we had and wrote all about our holidays that we've taken. It was really hard to start off but after a few weeks I got the hang of it. At first I was constantly looking for inspiration on what to write, but eventually I learned it's easier to just let your thoughts flow. When you get started you'll find your way, and if you get stuck there's a few places where you can find journal prompts to write about. Just look for them online 1
