Hello~ I am a little who is also a college student. Finals are coming up soon and I am sooo stressed! >_< Unfortunately I dont have a Daddy to take care of me and make me feel better.. all these big responsibilities really overwhelm a little like me! Fellow littles or anyone who can help, how do you deal with stress on your own? I would love some advice please ♡

I like to treat my inner little. So for example, when I was in school and studying I would study for 20mins and then colour for 20 mins and go back an forth. That was probably my best stagitgy for back then. And if I ran out of colouring books I would print some off or doodle in my margins. I also liked to treat myself to bubble baths with lots of bubbles and toys in the water to play with. I would plan to have a tea party with my dolls too. I always held and cuddled a dool or plpush while I studied. I would even go so far to put a binky in my mouth while I studing. I don't know how little you are and what props you use. Just you at what makes your little self happy and try to insert them into your study sessions. I hope this helps.

I can't deal with stress alone. I need lots of patience and a place to be quiet.

Hello!!

I hope things are going good at college.

Some things that might help you dealing with stress (that work for me):

-brew tea, maybe a calming infusion and enjoy it in your favorite cute mug.

-draw a lot, draw your future daddy, doodle anything you like!!

-get a schedule and treat yourself when achieving your study goals. Treats may include candy, cookies, watching your fave cartoons, etc. Just anything that makes you feel little.

-Make a playlist with meaningful songs (I suggest Disney Osts haha)

-look for Earth Therapeutics fuzzy socks, they are infused with natural aloe vera. They are sooo calming and comfortable. Plus they keep your feet warm and soft!

Do your best!! We are here cheering for you!!!

If you're studying:

~Study for 20 minutes then alternate to Coloring or another activity for 20 minutes, This can help you retain information.

~Listen to classical or music that has no lyrics, this can help your focus

~Have tea or something hot to sip on, stay away from energy drinks

~Stretch after an hour to help make sure you stay awake

~Make sure you have a quiet place to study

~If you can have some incense or scented oil burning that is musk or lavender (Calming and can help not stress)

~Light some candles if you can, if you need a break meditate and watch the flame for 10 minutes.

For after:

~Take a bath with a bath bomb or bubbles

~Have some tea

~Get comfortable

~You can retain more if you sleep after you study

~Treat yourself

For Anxiety:

~Keep a worry stone in your pocket

~Keep something like a friendship bracelet that you can work on near you

~Lavender oil on the wrist or chest to help calm you

~Practice meditation (Can also help focus)

~Coloring helps always

~Keep a small stuffie with you or a good luck charm

Good luck, you can do it!   ^_^

I'm also a little in college, so I can definitely understand where you're coming from. I'm a fashion design major, so most of my finals are more project based than study based, but I can tell you my advice and what I do and did when I was studying during high school.

-take coloring/activity book breaks. some of my biggest stress relievers are coloring and doing activities like word searches and such. Giving yourself breaks when you're feeling especially stressed always helps!

-Little snack time. eating little foods like fruit snacks, goldfish, applesauce cups, strawberry milk, etc (or whatever little foods you like) is always good for me cause it helps keep me feeling little, which is a big part of how I manage my stress.

-Playing simple/cute phone games. Some of my favorites, especially when I'm in little space, are neko atsume, those color block matching games (the one I have is hello kitty themed), and panda pop, just cause they're cute and simple

-watching an episode of a cartoon/anime/etc. taking a break to watch something you like in little space helps distract me and calm me down

-hot cocoa/tea. That's just a general thing that I use as a stress reliever

Hope this helps!

I deal with stress by taking meditation classes. If your school has a gym or a wellness center, see if meditation or relaxing yoga classes are offered. They help a bunch. If they don't offer them, then see if a friend is willing to meditate with you. :)
