Latex bed vacuum question~

So I recently purchased a Vacuum latex bed, because reasons.

The thing however did NOT come with a vacuum which infuriates me for how much it cost, I basically bought a latex sheet with a zipper and some pcp pipe>>

This is my "What the hell is this" hand

 

I will need a compact, high powered, and maybe quite vacuum but basically always ended up getting junky vacuums for cleaning that are the only appliance I have that don't suck.

 

Might anyone know of a brand I should look into because I am completely lost in this area. It needs to fit in a backpack preferably but Must be high powered, being quite is a plus as well.
