LolitaDaddy Posted February 23, 2016 Report Posted February 23, 2016 If dd/lg could stand on it's own, would anyone say they feel a dd/lg love is a "universal" love that transcends the normal relationship dynamics? (Follow up to On-line expectations). I think it is so, where the caregiver is an unconditionally loving person as I seem to read from how some the littles speak of their daddy.
tiny kitty Posted February 23, 2016 Report Posted February 23, 2016 I don't think that any particular dynamic is more loving or "transcends" any other type. Different peopel just have different ways of expressing/experiencing love. But I'd say all loves are equal. Love is love 1

Love and how much someone can love is based on the individual and the recipient of the love but by relationship dynamic.
Guest buddhagirl Posted February 23, 2016 Report Posted February 23, 2016 I hear and basically agree with the last few commenters...but.... I have had a few different kinds of long-term relationships--vanilla, D/s, domestic discipline--and for me and my partner this dynamic has brought us a greater amount intimacy, love, trust, harmony, fun, healing and friendship than any we've ever experienced before. For us, this dynamic does make our relationship deeper and more fulfilling. We started out vanilla and naturally fell into DD/lg within the first year. This will not be true for everyone, and maybe it will change into something else later, but for now, we feel our dynamic is very beneficial to our relationship.
