Hey guys, um.. I have a question, I know a little is a type of sub but, can your daddy treat you like an equal like him? Because my ex said that I was below him. And while I know that a sub is suppose to follow rules, does that mean she is below her um.. Master/ daddy whatever?

 

What I wanna know is can there be equality in a ddlg relationship?

I'm single now, but in my dynamic we're both equally important but she is my sub and follows all my commands. Her job is to obey me and please me and my job is to care for her and guide her.

Well on a relationship level, if it was an actual relationship, y'all should be equal. It depends on whether or not he felt the DDlg was more of a BDSM relationship to him.

There absolutely should be equality in a relationship. My Daddy helps me grow as a person, helps me accomplish my goals, and looks after me. I give him the power to make certain decisions for me, not because I feel inferior towards him- but it's because I trust him enough to do so. He knows that I enjoy serving him but that absolutely does not mean he sees me as an inferior.

So I guess it depends on where his heart was at when saying this to you.  If it sounds like this was his fragile ego talking then he doesn't see you as his equal.  Maybe you could ask yourself if you want to feel inferior or if you want to be in a relationship where you know you are his equal
