Guest DaddysLolita Posted November 18, 2015 Report Posted November 18, 2015 I have a journal. It doesn't pertain to just one topic. I re wrote Daddy's rules and decorated it with stickers. I wrote about how I felt when we went to the zoo. I've written about disagreements. I made a list of things I love that Daddy does for me. I made a list of things I feel make me who I am. I wrote 11 pages on how Daddy and I met. Lists of little oriented dates I'd like to do with Daddy. I've even written about nothing at all, just start writing and whatever comes out. Oh, and I put all my stuffies names in it. My point is it can be very helpful to have a place that you can vent, relieve stress, let go of things etc. And it can be whatever you want it to be. <3 1
Guest MyDaddyMyWorld Posted November 19, 2015 Report Posted November 19, 2015 My journal is just thoughts for that day. Sometimes all about daddy, sometimes my kids, job, worries, good stuff, bad stuff, feelings etc. He maybe just wants a glimpse into your inner thoughts. Don't worry about the specifics, just write. It took me a while to get out if the headspace of doing it for him to read, and taught myself to just let go and mostly do it as though it was for my own eyes only.
Guest Wholockprincess23 Posted February 3, 2016 Report Posted February 3, 2016 Do any of you littles keep a journal for your little side? If you do, what kinds of things do you write in it? Do you draw pictures in it too? I've read a bit about littles keeping them and was curious how many here do. Or do any of you know what a Smashbook is? I do a lot of smashbooking when I'm being Big and I keep thinking about making one as a little. Smashbooking is much like scrapbooking, but it's a lot less organized. You literally just put whatever you want into it to express yourself. You can make a page entirely of your favorite food. Another of your favorite Disney princess. Stuff like that. I'm not sure if anyone else would be interested in such a thing, but for a crafty little I think it's an excellent outlet. If you are interested in learning more about Smashbooking, I'll put a link down below. http://www.everything-about-scrapbooking.com/what-is-a-smash-book/ 2
DaddysLolita Posted February 3, 2016 Report Posted February 3, 2016 Yes! I write about everything and anything in mine. I made a list of things I like. Things I like that Daddy does. Things Daddy likes. Stickers, stickers, and more stickers. Gel pens only! Doodles. A list of my stuffies names. A list of little dates. My favorite zoo date with Daddy. When he got me Plum Pink Hooves. So much stuff.. I like your idea of favorite foods... <3

I guess that's why I'm trying to figure out I can express myself as just a little taking on the world by herself. Hehe. I used to have AMAZING glittery gel pens, but I used them all up. I haven't gotten more yet. I really want to, but they can be expensive. >.< You should definitely make a page for your favorite little foods! You can even doodle them on the sides of the page and stuff. It would be super cute.
Guest itsbabygirlbean Posted February 3, 2016 Report Posted February 3, 2016 I am starting a journal in a notebook where I plan on writing about my day and how I am feeling. Unsure if I will mention about my Little self but I do plan on decorating it with stickers. I'm open to hearing suggestions concerning Little journal topics.

Unsure if I will mention about my Little self but I do plan on decorating it with stickers. I'm open to hearing suggestions concerning Little journal topics. I've tried so many times to keep a regular journal for my everyday big life and I do well for a short while and then it dies off. That's why I think doing a smashbook will be better for me because it is more involved than just writing. I'll try to come up list a list of little journal topics and maybe some others can help to if they are open to it.

DaddysLolita Posted February 3, 2016 Report Posted February 3, 2016 Thank you! My journal will be a blend of journal and smash book. That's pretty much what mine is too! We could always start something like once a week we add photos of whatever we're comfortable showing from our books if it helps you stay on it? <3

Or we could just share them as we go, whenever we want, like they do in the coloring pages thread. That way we can encourage each other to keep going. It will also maybe give others ideas if they see someone else's pages.

DaddysLolita Posted February 4, 2016 Report Posted February 4, 2016 Alright so these are not my original ideas but they're some pretty cool ideas! *There's a lot....* Journal Topics Write about your favorite childhood toy Write out the best or worst day of your life Write about what scares you Write 3 goals for yourself Which character from a book would you like to meet and why What would you do if you were locked inside your favorite department store overnight What would you do if you woke up and found yourself to be invisible What would you do if you could travel to the future What would you do if you could travel to the past What would you do if all the electricity in the world stopped Where would you go if you could travel anywhere for free Write a list of 50 things that make you feel good Compile a list of words that describe you as a child Compile a list of inanimate or animate objects to which you might compare yourself metaphorically. (I am a windmill. I change direction or my thoughts whenever someone talks to me...) What is your favorite kind of weather and why What current fashion in clothing do you particularly like or dislike? Explain. Begin a list of questions that you'd like to have answered. They may be about the future or the past Write one characteristic or habit about yourself that you like and describe it. Or write about one thing you don't like about yourself. What is your hobby? Why do you enjoy it? What was it like to spend your first night away from home? What was it like to come back home after a long vacation? Write about something you desperately wanted when you were younger Right about the time as a child played in one of the following: treehouse, a cornfield, a construction site, a junkyard, an abandoned house or barn, a stream, a cemetery, a swamp, a pasture, railroad tracks. Write about building sand castles or mud pies Have you ever met a famous person Describe an outdoor game you’ve played Imagine that you are an animal in the zoo. What type of animal are you? How do you feel about being caged? How do you feel about people that visit and watch you? If you had to escort a visitor from outer space for a 30 minute tour of your community, where would you go If you had 3 wishes, what would they be Describe one possession that means the most to you Create a list of places you’ve enjoyed visiting Create a list of things you’ve done that you thought you could never do Create a list of your favorite books Create a list of your favorite movies Create a list of your favorites songs Create a list of your favorite quotes Create a list of your little items Describe your favorite paci Finish this sentence….The most fun I’ve ever had…..The most surprised I’ve ever been…The most disappointed I’v ever been.. Look through your photos and pick a few to write about Leaf through a couple of magazines and cut out any images that catch your attention. Name 3 things you can’t live without Name 3 favorite things to wear Name 3 things you’d do if you weren’t so afraid You’re going to make lists that will add up to 100 things you love. Make sure you give an explanation for each of the things you add to your list. For example, don’t just list your favorite restaurants, write down what you enjoy about each one (the warm bread they serve before the meal, the waiter who always remembers your favorite dish, the whimsical decor, and so on). § 10 Activities § 10 Restaurants § 10 People § 10 Foods § 10 Games § 6 Drinks/Beverages § 4 Desserts § 10 Paintings § 10 Web Sites § 10 Writers § 10 Famous lines from books/movies Thinking of the Week That Just Ended § Who made you feel good this week? § What was the biggest mistake you made this week? § What did you do this week that moved you closer to reaching your goals? § Is there anything you did this week that you wish you’d done differently? § What did you most enjoy doing this week? § How did you procrastinate on important tasks this week? § What did you learn this week? § What’s the funniest thing that happened to you this week? An Ode To Your Uniqueness § What makes you unique? § How do you stand out from the crowd? § What are your best character traits? § What are you really good at? § How would you describe yourself? § How would your best friend describe you? § What character traits do you need to work on? § What are some of your idiosyncrasies? § How do you indulge yourself? Do you need to indulge yourself more often? § How do you think others see you when they meet you for the first time? What keeps you up at night worrying? Are your worries realistic? Is there anything you can do about them? In what areas of your life are you optimistic, in what areas are you pessimistic? What is your favorite Disney character or movie and why is it your favorite? <3 4
Guest Wholockprincess23 Posted February 4, 2016 Report Posted February 4, 2016 Those are all really good topics! *-* Here is the cover of my book. I made it myself a little while back and am excited on finally starting on the inside. I may add more to the cover eventually. http://i.imgur.com/eTDzJsLl.jpg 3

Guest Wholockprincess23 Posted February 4, 2016 Report Posted February 4, 2016 Wow! That's really cute! How'd you get all those buttons to stay on there?? <3 I used a special kind of glue. It's craft glue. It's called E6000 Permanent Craft Glue. I found it at WalMart, but they have it at Michael's too.

Guest Wholockprincess23 Posted February 5, 2016 Report Posted February 5, 2016 I have that stuff! It's very good. Right? It works so well. It's just super strong and you have to be careful not to breathe too much fumes in because you'll end up light headed. >.<
Guest sillylittlekitty775 Posted July 17, 2016 Report Posted July 17, 2016 Rebecca, my last mommy, and I made a "Journal" for the two of us. Inside we put our rules, limits, safe words, punishments, rewards, schedules, chores, and situation protocols (what we do in emergency situations). We also put a little bit about each of us in the beginning of it (favorites stuff, stuff we don't like, personal essays, etc.). I don't have one now but every time I get into a new relationship, I usually ask my partner how they'd feel about doing it and we make one unique to our relationship. It's really fun to make and very helpful cause we can always go back to it when we need. Hope this helps you.
Guest Wholockprincess23 Posted November 20, 2016 Report Posted November 20, 2016 Bumping this, because I'm still curious as to other people and if they keep a journal/scrapbook/smash book/bullet journal
Tasha-Pasha Posted November 20, 2016 Report Posted November 20, 2016 This iz an awesome idea! I never heard of smashbook before but after reading this i realize that i already do this in my journals. I doodle, colour, write and make lists in my journals. I love to write poetry and short stories as eell as just writing about my day. I love the cover you made - beautiful!!
Guest SoloFairy Posted November 20, 2016 Report Posted November 20, 2016 Daddy had me start a journal about 9 months ago. I'm expected to write in it every day about anything and everything I want. I can't get in trouble for what I write but I am to be completely open and honest with myself. Daddy has access to my journal and he reads it pretty much daily. Occasionally I use pictures to express myself but typically I just write. Sometimes I use it as an opportunity to be bratty LOL but it's far better to be bratty in my journal than outright to Daddy......sometimes

I love to write poetry and short stories as eell as just writing about my day. I love the cover you made - beautiful!! Thank you so much! I used to do it a lot more, but kind of stopped for a while. I want to start up again, though. It helps me get my creativity out there and in one place. It's also super relaxing and pages are big enough for me to glue in coloring pages if I want to. I can also draw just about anything because my book is so big. It's nice to look back at it and see the different things I've done too.

Sometimes it's just nice to write it down because it helps me accept things that are hard or helps me remember things I shouldn't forgot. It my smash book/bullet journal, however, I just draw things I like, paste in things I like, and write different things in it randomly. It's a huge mess that makes perfect sense to me. It's also extremely relaxing.

Right now I have a journal that I fill with positive and inspirational quotes, but I want one for my life as a little..I think daddy would like it too^^ That's exactly what I do! I have like a regular book I fill will doodles, poems, quotes, or whatever. But then I have my little one. I literally put anything in it that speaks to me. It doesn't even have to make sense. I feel like too much organization takes away from the fun. hehe. I hope you do start one! It helps me so much and makes me really happy! ^-^ 1
