Topsy-turvy kind of day

Today was a topsy-turvy kind of day, I had to go to the doctors and it wasn't the funnest kind of day. 

They're running some tests, I won't lie I'm scared. But I think it's natural to be scared in these situations. I keep reminding myself that it's going to be okay, because it will be. 

Sometimes when things are rough, or they begin looking very bleak we have to know that it's going to be okay. And I keep reminding myself that it's going to be okay. 

Now we wait for the results, and in the meantime I'm just going to take it one day at a time. Keeping my chin up and a smile on my face. There's no sense of me getting upset or wound up when I don't know the prognosis yet. 

I keep reminding myself that I have medical training, but that only goes so far. I'm no doctor or provider, I'm just a MA I will trust my doctor and not stress about this. 

So to everyone who is going through something, it's okay to be scared, it's okay to be nervous and it's okay to cry. Don't think that you have to hold it in and keep it to yourself. You are allowed to show your emotions, you are allowed to express yourself and you are allowed to just be you. 

Don't try to hide yourself, just be you and know that you matter. Wherever you are, I see you, I hear you and I value you. 

Until we meet again remember you matter, you are loved, and you're worthy of being loved 💕

First of all, I'm sorry that you're going through this. It's nice to see you handling it in a healthy manner, though I'm sure it still difficult, and know you are not alone! We're here for you! Thank you for sharing your experience and kind words!

Due to personal struggle with this topic, I'd like share a bit about my mental health issues that apply to this in hope that someone may find it useful.

I personally struggle with insanely bad anxiety when it comes to waiting / fear of the unknown issues like this. It's lead me to make some extremely horrible and panicked choices that has done things like destroy relationship. While your advice is extremely good and sound, for those suffering from extreme cases, or if you find yourself being too irrational, like myself, please do yourself a favor and find professional assistance. Or at the very least, talk to your friends/family/who ever you can confide in/trust. Burdens are lot easier to carrier when you have help and you're not weak for asking for it! In fact, it takes a lot of strength to admit you need help!

I ignored my mental health issues like this one for far too long and it nearly destroyed my life. After MANY years, I am finally seeking out every possible type of help because, for me, it is an uncontrollable issue.

Stay strong and whatever help you need, please reach out for it! ❤️

Ohh mommy, dont chuu worry, chuu are da strongest person on this planet.
Chuu can do it, we are all there for chuu and givin all da luvvv and even much more.

Don´t stress yourself out too much, megi knows it´s a big thingy and she isnt an expert either, but da doctors know what they are doin and that chuu even keep checking on yourself is da best thing chuu can doo, most people dont even go so farr. Chuu are soo strong and soo brave, keep it up, megili and all here we luvv chuu soo dearly mommy.

But that's okay because I have beautiful friends to talk to and I have @-Soul- to keep me on my toes lol
