On the mends

Hello all you beautiful amazing Sunshine of a wonderful people on here!

If you haven't noticed I haven't been posting a lot lately, it is not because I'm ignoring anyone it's because I've been sick. I've been in and out of the hospitals these few weeks and I'm slowly getting on the mends.

I worked so much where my body was literally attacking itself. I couldn't eat or barely drink anything. Not fun times, but I'm glad to say that I'm slowly getting better. My color is coming back and I can actually eat something and not feel queasy afterwards.

I'm still extremely tired but that's okay, because I know that in time everything will work out.

So I want to come on here and let you all know that if you are going through something it's okay to share it. You don't have to carry your burdens alone, you don't have to think you're alone. Here you can be yourself, you can lay out all your problems and worries. And you will be heard, someone will come, they will help you. Please don't think you have to go through a struggle alone, I like to think of this community as a family.

In life we have to deal with so much on our own, isn't it nice to know that you have a place to go and people who care about you? So don't carry all your burdens by yourself, don't think that you are all alone because you aren't. We see you, I see you and I'm so proud of you.

If you are going through something so terrible, and you think no one will understand, I promise we will understand. There is no judgment here, we will listen to you, and we will hold your hand and promise you that everything will be okay.

Sometimes that's all we need is for one person to look through all of the bad and tell us it's going to be okay. And it will, sometimes it takes time, but it will be okay.

So if you need a friend to listen, if you need someone to just hear you or you just want one person to tell you it's okay. My door is always open, I will listen and I will tell you it's going to be okay.

You are seen, you are heard, you are valued and you are so loved. Don't ever think or let someone else to tell you that you are not, because I promise you Are.

Until we meet again remember you matter, you are loved, and you are worthy of being loved 💞

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your journey with us. It's wonderful to hear that you're on the mend and finding strength in recovery. Your message is powerful and a beautiful reminder of the importance of community and connection.

Taking the time to heal and being open about your experience shows immense courage. It’s inspiring and comforting to know that we have a place to share our struggles without judgment. Your words about this community being like a family are truly heartfelt, and I couldn’t agree more.

Every one of us faces challenges, and knowing there’s a supportive space where we can express ourselves freely is invaluable. Your offer to listen and be there for others is a testament to your kindness and empathy. Remember to take care of yourself, too, as you continue to recover.

Thank you for being so open and for reminding us all that it’s okay to seek support. You’re a beacon of hope, and your positivity even in hard times is truly admirable. Keep shining, and know that you are also valued and loved. Until next time, take good care and continue to nurture yourself on this healing journey. 💞

Warm regards,

As someone with a laundry list of chronic illnesses I FEEL the body attacking itself thing. Especially when I work too hard. I'm glad you're on the mend! Continue to take times to rest
