SweetLittleDreamer Posted April 9 Report Posted April 9 Soooo I reeeeeallllllly enjoy making arts & crafts.. When I’m feeling little if I try to do any of my big arts & crafts I start to feel a disconnect because it’s outside the capabilities of my little are (sub 5), some times continuing to try and do them will pull me out of little space… but most times I will become frustrated because my little side just can’t do it & with in that frustration it’s quite possible my little side has thrown a tantrum and ruined my big sides art/craft on purpose. Anyway.. all this to say… Does anyone have any suggestions on arts and craft projects that are good for in little space? I’m talking beyond the colouring, drawing & finger painting. If I find any good ones I’ll share them here too. 1

Oh I haven’t thought of making a diorama since my school days… that would be a with CG supervision thing though… given the very first time I made one I didn’t connect the dots of don’t stab the scissors through where your hand is supporting the box.. and stabbed right through my hand!! The rest of the time I was at school my teachers literally passed up the message not to let me stabs holes in things with scissors!!
Baby Manda Posted April 10 Report Posted April 10 I love perler beads (iron beads). If you need something easier for younger ages you can do pony beads on chenille sticks (pipe cleaners) or make little animals out of them by twisting them. Watercolor paint is fun too! Or the suncatchers with paint!
