Curious on when someone ghosts you

I was chatting with someone from my same state and that was from this site then suddenly poof. But I see them continuing to post on their two ads and no response to my dms asking why did you poof etc. do I need to tell an admin or let it go and move on

Not really sure what a admin can do in that situation I would just keep going

It's too bad the person decided to take the approach they did but they don't owe anyone anything really. They may just have decided it wasn't a good fit which is fine but it would be polite to vocalize that versus ghosting.

Sorry to hear that happended. Ghosting does happen. I've been ghosted a lot, I've basically become numb to it. Hope things get netter for you.

Much as everyone stated, this happens. It’s happened to us all and most of the time will remain an unsolved mystery. Some people don’t have the decency of being direct or offering closure and choose to avoid for fear of conflict or lack of accountability. Take it as a sign that this person isn’t worthy of your time and don’t let them live rent free in your mind. You may never now and they don’t deserve any more after an attempt or two and no response.

I am so sorry that it happened to you and everyone it has.  I was chatting with somebody for quite a while and you know thought things were going really well.  Then they disappeared without a thought.  Then came back a few weeks later like nothing ever happened to complaining that somebody ghosted them.  I'm definitely not saying I'm perfect.   I have gone through many times where I don't think I'm worthy of the positive connections. Where I didn't deserve happies.

But everything has a way of working out.  It's obvious that it wasn't meant to be unfortunately no closure sucks.   I'm kind of glad it happened cuz then I wouldn't have met some of the people I have afterwards.   Or the Daddy I have.  So maybe it was just meant to be.   Hopefully we all find our happy.
