Little side gender different from real gender

So I have a question for all the littles. I am primarily a Daddy though I do on rare occasion go into little space. My little side happens to be a 5 year old girl I've called Sara. I am curious to know if there are any other littles or switches whose little side is a different gender from their biological gender and how y'all deal with that change.

I personally do not change, but I know people who do the exact things as you I would say spend a lot of time nurturing that little side of yours, and the Daddy side. ^~^ Acceptance is the key to everything hehe

Hi. I'm not the exact same as you but I identify as gender fluid so my gender is constantly changing but I'm almost always a little girl when in little space.
