to friend someone, you both must accept a follow request.

if you are looking for a DD or MD you go to the personals, friends in friends.

everyone is really nice on here for the most part. Post around ask questions. and be safe!

Thank you ! Update still having some trouble trying to accept a friend request and it keeps saying are you sure this action can not be undone

@Mkprincesss, it asking you if you're sure is just a standard procedure, just in case you clicked seeking their friendship in error, and your acceptance makes your friend request final, however you can still unfriend later, if that's what you want. 
Here's what I would suggest you do to start with: 
1. Make friends 
2. Go to Introductions, introduce yourself (if you have not done so already) and welcome others
3. Create Status Updates
