Being a little without a CG, how do you regress comfortably??

How do you guys in similar situations regress comfortably? For me it’s always just kinda sad and I’m trying to find ways to frame it better so I can regress on my own. ThxxxxCat Bath GIF

For me personally, taking a long warm shower  (mega jelous of all littles that have a bathtub btw, would love to sit in a bath and play with bath toys 🥺) and getting all cleaned up in my baby shampoo and fruity soap, then lotioning and oiling up my whole body sometimes really gets me in that headspace. It's like getting all clean and pampered up! A huge plus too is then putting on my fave little outfit or pajamas and wrapping myself up in a blankie and watch something that helps me regress! (old cartoons from my childhood really does the trick for me ahah)

As someone on the spectrum, sensory stuff is also key for my regression, and for me it's definitely touch and smell. I buy a specific laundry derergent that i wash all my bedsheets, blankies and even my stuffies in! And it's a really cozy scent that i really like, so when i go to sleep or wrap up in blankets i'm surrounded by a comforting scent. (I know my examples are very scent oriented, and i know some ASD folk are way more sensitive to that kind of stuff so totally valid if it's not your thing!) I also like figeting/touching my fave stuffies and just having them close by is comforting to me.

Another way for me too is music. I've made myself a playlist of songs that help me regress. So if you have any music that you think could help you cheer up or get into a healthy and happy little space, i'd recommend giving that a try too!

These are ofcourse my personal ways of doing this, and they don't always work for me either. Some days it's just harder to get into little space than other days. It all depends on what you find relaxing and fun, that takes your mind off of bad things. Then bring your little space into it! Like i've always loved cartoons, but now that i regress, i might watch cartoons wrapped in blankies and drinking my fave juice from my bottle. Simple things like that you know~

but those were just my thoughts, i hope you'll find a comfortable way to regress, it sucks being sad in and wanting to regress...

Aww. That all sounds great. I has a bath... Then I will wear something pretty and short and play around. Being little for me is just having fun and hopeful. 😁😁

I can whisper to my stuffy and giggle, drink tea like a princess or anything I wanna do.

i agree with kuuchan, a nice long warm shower and slipping into some oversized clothes after makes me feel pretty regressed ^__^ also playing certain games on roblox or other games that don’t require a lot of thought but allow me to immerse myself, also helps a lot too! idk what kind of head you use like pacis or bottles but sometimes I like to make warm lavender tea with honey and put it in the bottle to drink before bed, honestly that usually knocks me right out but I feel regressed, happy, and peaceful while doing it :DD

When I didn't have my Daddy, I just did whatever made my little side happy.  Whether it was going to McDonald's and buying a happy meal. Coloring in my coloring book, watching Disney Princess movies, etc... Hello kitty was/ is a big deal for us and our stuffies.

I can't say what will work for you. But I think regression is different for everyone so it takes different things to make one feel little.  With also being on the spectrum, like @kuuchan , I tend to like soft sensory items around me.  I do have Paci's and bottles, but normally those are used for those extreme cases when I feel anxious, overly stimulated, etc...

My little is also pretty much always present, so I don't have to really "go into" little space.  These things I've mentioned are just things we enjoy.  So, whatever you enjoy, things that make you feel comfy, safe, and happy, are the things to do.

Lollipops 🍭,  coloring books,  kids movies, books, series,  Happy Meals,  sippy cups/bottles, cute pj's, cute clothes ( I also wear things in public that make me feel little bit also are acceptable in the vanilla world), hair barrette,  jewelery,  there are allot of "things" that can help you.

I really hope this helps and makes sense! Sometimes the thoughts are there but they come out sounding weird lol
