How to discreetly buy little supplies

Haii so I've recently been regressing a lot more often and with this comes like a need to go out and buy more things for my inner little

I really don't want to have to buy stuff online. Are there discreet ways to go out and get stuff in person? I'm talking about like pacis, sippy cups, etc

i don't know how old u are but I don't think anyone would really bat an eye if u bought those things.  They could be for a niece, nephew, etc.  if someone were to ask because they're nosey, u could always tell them you're buying things for a friend who just had a baby or a family member, etc.

People are usually too involved in their own lives and issues to notice what other people are buying. Honestly the odds of someone say something are very, very low.

I don't know your situation.. maybe you live in a small town where everyone knows you or can't get things delivered as your post isn't private... Most big supermarkets where I am has things like bottles and pacifiers . The issue would be that it's designed for babies not adults. I'm a chewer. If I were to go for this, it would be easier to go for self checkout so again there is less interactions. 

Also, not sure if you would have to hide in your home.

Yeahh that's the issue I was worried about. :c I live in a small town where I do frequent the grocery stores so I'm scared it'll be brought up. I do still live with my parents at well at this time so I have to hide all of my little stuff :[
