My brain worked like Detective Conan and I found the time difference between us. I am 3 hours ahead of you. This is good.

Greenwich Mean Time is gmt and the +3 means that you 3 hours ahead of it. 
I am gmt+2 so you are 1 hour ahead of me ^^

since you are in charge, tell us your time and your specific area and we will say to match it all with your area, isn't that easier?

gmt is a standard so basing it off that is probably less complicated, he's saying you're one hour ahead, so if he's 8:00, you're 9:00.

All Good ^^ We work this out, we plan in gmt on times that are suitable for as many people as possible. Lets say for example with my previous attempt. Would be start at 6pm gmt which for you would be 9, the movie goes 1h30min so you would be done by 11 which i would deem reasonable on a friday.

it would also help if you could write what time is ok for you in your local time. some people might be fine standing up early or staying up late, others aren't. 

As we are in several time zones, we need to find the sweet spot that is early for some, late for others.
