Scarletbabygirl Posted October 1, 2024 Report Posted October 1, 2024 Recently I talked with someone and they told me my desires are “unrealistic”. Multiple times I had to remind them not to get sexual with me when I was in little space (which they multiple times assured me they never would, but they attempted.) it felt like the responsibility of conversation was solely on my shoulders. I’m sure this person is nice when they find the one that will work for them. But if someone disagreeing with you prompts that kind of response from you, or them setting boundaries causes radio silence, well, I’d recommend evaluating your actions. 1
LunaLilac Posted October 1, 2024 Report Posted October 1, 2024 If someone isn't respecting your boundaries after you've made them clear, that is a huge red flag to get out of there. 2 1

I agree. Twice in the span of less than an hour and then I basically stopped replying when I was in little space. They left me without replying for several hours and then eventually over a day. I’m not sad or hurt, just needed to vent.
OuO Alexibaaa Posted October 1, 2024 Report Posted October 1, 2024 Your desires aren't unrealistic and you're valid.

OuO Alexibaaa Posted October 1, 2024 Report Posted October 1, 2024 @scarletbabygirl Unfortunately, there's a lot of fragile men out there, who can't handle being told no. I'm sorry that happened to you, but am glad that you seem safe.

OuO Alexibaaa Posted October 1, 2024 Report Posted October 1, 2024 @scarletbabygirl No, don't be hard on yourself. Use the experience to help you avoid it again in the future! ♡
