I see nothing wrong with how you're feeling about things,  i find bratty time a great deal amusing as it changes from a subby little to a little who thinks shes dom which causes a small power struggle but also is just so absolutely adorable when dealing with.  

You'd definitely need a Daddy without an inflated ego or one that thinks he's completely above you as that will never work as you can't dom a dom. You gotta let them get it out of their system and let them have their moment as well. 

As a daddy I'm a switch but at a 90/10 split so mostly dominant but also i enjoy the other side including swapping roles. 

I have seen and participated in discussions about the possibility of a DSLD (Daddy Sub Little Dom) dynamic and its such a great discussion as i think its also a very valid dynamic. You wouldn't need a daddy to dominate you but to tell him he needs to take care of you, they you hold the power while he absolutely sees to your little needs.

I've never heard of DSLD (I almost typed LSD lol) but it sounds like an interesting dynamic to explore too. 

Very much agree on the needing a Daddy who isn't a total egomaniac or looks down on me. My biofather was a terrible narcissist who only cared about himself so whenever I see someone with an inflated ego it's a big turnoff. Looking for a caregiver not a master.

I don't know all of the terms regarding DDLG, so thanks for mentioning DSLD! I knew that the dynamic was a valid thing... And that I'm part of it! But having an acronym for it, is simply amazing!

It's how others and I have called it in other discussions. Was easiest way cause we just had a blast bringing it up.  

I was always thinking if it could be a thing as it does sound like many would love it both Daddy/Mommy and their little.  

Its kinda how my switch dynamic works with my little as she is often my little girl and sub but when she wants to get dominanting i let her cause i think its cute and we play it off as like playing house. So shes always still my little girl i take care of and do everything for but she just takes charge and punishes me instead.

I was reading a reddit post that basically describes it as a spoiled Princess who has Daddy wrapped up around her finger... yup!

It's a super fun dynamic, honestly. It gives me just enough dominance while still being little! ♡
