Need ideas please

Hi all. I need some ideas please. I would love to find a strict mommy dom to help me with my discipline, but my life is too unstable right now to find a serious relationship. I love my mother, but I feel like I need a more nurturing relationship. I got yelled at a lot when I got in trouble. It usually just made me feel bad. I have bad self esteem and mental health issues. I'm not trying to get pity; I'm asking for ideas for self-discipline. Also I feel bad for wanting a mommy dom even though I love my mom.
