HELP! From bed to container, can it work??

Okay, I did some chaos gardening earlier in the spring because my seeds weren’t starting inside. Wellllll, they’ve sprouted and I’ve got mint, cilantro, dill and jalapeño in the garden. I’m moving to an apartment tomorrow, is it possible I can pot them and take them with, or will this send them into shock and kill them? Any advice appreciated!

Not sure about herbs I would say no I would just start over good things about herbs they grow fast so I would just plant new ones

I think moving your plants will be OK as long as you don't leave them in a hot car. I made that mistake even though I watered mine. I would pack them last and then once you get to your new place, unload them first.
