Want a caregiver

I’m a little and i really want a caregiver irl to be my caregiver (as well as a little so I can care for them and maybe kink stuff not related to that.) but it’s really hard to find anyone that is interested in that and it hurts cause I had a old caregiver but they broke up with me (they were also my partner) but I’d like it to be a woman or someone who is gender fluid or non binary that identifies as a female I guess? Also probably wouldn’t mind being in a poly relationship I guess? But only with woman or someone who is gender fluid or non binary ect
