Nougat Recipe

*2 Tbsp butter (I use salted, but up to u)
*10 Cups Mini Marshmallows
*2 1/2 Cups White Chocolate Chips
*2 Cups Chopped Gum Drops (or Dots)

-line a shallow sheet pan or disposable baking tray with parchment paper and grease it well (nonstick spray is easiest I find)

-in a microwave safe bowl, add butter, marshmallows and chocolate chips.

-microwave until all ingredients are melted together, stirring every 10-15 seconds or so. It’ll take about a minute to a minute and a half depending on your microwave strength.

-once everything is melty and gooey, stir in gumdrops/dots (if using) and pour in your lined pan/tray. Refrigerate at least 4 hours and cut into bite size pieces before serving!

It takes about 10 minutes start to finish and they can even be stored in a container/bag and frozen. 😸
