The Adventures of Spot Chapter 1 "Doorbell"

Spot was so excited to see Daddy again. It had been years since they last saw each other and so much had changed. The memory of who she had been the last time they were together felt foreign to her. It was like a different person had inhabited her body back then. She was a grown up now. She had a job, a car, even a savings account lol. Totally a big girl, and proud of it. This was going to be different, she was in charge.

That all went out the window the second she stepped onto the proch.   A doorbell with a camera is pretty common these days, but this was Daddy's doorbell. "Did he see me walking up here" her mind raced with how she had walked, how she almost tripped on the steps getting to the door. Embarrassment was setting in. She would have run away right then but for that stupid camera. Even worse to have Daddy watch that disaster, then run away only to try and explain it to him later. She could do this, "compose yourself" she thought. "I'm a professional, I have a car, I'm a big girl now." Her mental pep talk did little to calm her shaky hand as she lifted her arm. Like time itself had skipped forward and with no recollection of how it happened she stood there frozen. She'd pushed the button.

When the door opened and Daddy stood there Spot melted inside. He was older now, still handsome like she remembered but different. Somehow Daddy was stronger. Even more powerful. He wasn't bigger than he'd been before, if anything she'd been the one who grew in stature. It was different. His face was more powerful, his eyes more intense. "OMG what if he looks me in the eyes!" Spot looked down at her feet immediately and in that instant her big girl body had quit trying. It started slow at first but there was no stopping it and she knew it. What began as a barely noticeable leak leaving a wet spot between her legs had turned into a steady flood. Her pink leggings turned purple and the concrete below her began to change to a dark grey. The circle of wet concrete beneath her grew and grew until there was no hiding it any longer. An accident of epic proportions. Like the big girl inside of her had melted onto the ground below. Daddy's little baby girl was born again.
