Little Becca Posted April 14, 2024 Report Posted April 14, 2024 I love to exercise and I do the elliptical a lot, after I went a long time without exercising because I got too overwhelmed with grown-up things and I got depressed. I also do a fun twerk workout lol. But I wanna do some fun exercising that can also encourage my littleness, too!!! Does anyone have any ideas about some things I can do?? Wear a little shirt (I do that a lot) or go for a walk outside. You can also find dance videos on youtube to kid music, or find a video for kid exercises or kid yoga 3

I really love the idea of wearing a little shirt while I exercise. That will make all of my exercise little. And I also love the idea of listening to a little book and I have my own little playlist, too!! Thank you so much for these suggestions!!! ☺️💕 1

I’m a little who is also a mommy and I always liked when my kids would do active games on the switch when they were little, too!!! I think it is very good and fun that you do that!!! ☺️💕

Twerking is super fun!!! I have never tried pole dancing, that is naughty and fun 🤭 and also if I wear a little shirt I will feel little and silly!! ☺️ I just love twirling and spinning til I am dizzy so much, I am gonna do that more!!! Actually I will do that tonight!!! It takes a long time to feel like I’m not spinning again. ☺️ I love swimming too!!! Guess what I am gonna swim in the ocean this summer and I am very excited and happy about that!!! CodeName: Trouble Posted April 16, 2024 Report Posted April 16, 2024 Cosmic kids yoga on youtube 💕 guided yoga/stretching to cute stories - I started doing this with the kids back when I nannied and it was some of the best fun I've had doing yoga and is a great way to feel little while getting in a bit of activity 😊 1
Andriel_Isilien Posted April 16, 2024 Report Posted April 16, 2024 Dancing, twirling, and bouncing to music on a playlist that gives me the "little" vibes (have a stuffie friend be your partner). Almost like human zoomies 😊 Using a hula hoop is super fun for little/middle space! I really like playing with animals so getting toys that we both can interact with and that gets both of us moving. I'm not into sports but I'm sure there are games to play that can apply with a ball, frisbee, bike riding, or whatever.

The channels I link have more than just the ones I mention, but I'm trying to not clog up the discussion LOL. I recommend the channels: GrowwithJo MadFit EmKFit KyraPro I just look up Disney, High School Musical, or dance workout. You can find all kind! Some are walking, some are HIIT, some are dance. I also like using a Skip It, playing a sport like volleyball, or trying (and failing) to hula hoop. 3
Curious Leo Posted April 18, 2024 Report Posted April 18, 2024 I really love using the hoola hoop when I was younger and still love that now as an exercise, you can do it to music, challenge yourself to do it while walking or getting the hoola hoop moving to different parts of your body and do tricks with it. i also love jump rope and skipping and playing hopscotch. those bring out my inner goofy sides. 1
