Hannah04 Posted April 2, 2024 Report Posted April 2, 2024 I haven't slipped in a while and I feel like I need to but I can't seem to make myself slip and I have tried everything coloring, watching Disney movies which were two things that always helped me slip but now they don't work. Does anyone have advice on what I could do?
Littleajprincess Posted April 2, 2024 Report Posted April 2, 2024 If I’m trying to slip into little space I Normal get my favorite paci or sippy cup grab my favorite stuffed animal and blanket cuddle on the couch with my favorite movie and it may take a little bit I eventually slip into little space 1

Get stuffies and snacks all set up and an activity that you enjoy and aim to just relax? If you just try to relax and have a quiet / peaceful time you might take the pressure to slip off of yourself and find it easier 1
starlie Posted November 5, 2024 Report Posted November 5, 2024 this happens to me a lot and I don’t feel safe enough to regress so I can’t be little. during those times I try to be patient with myself, increase my positive self-talk in gmt head (and talking to myself like im my own cg), and pamper myself (like maybe have a cup or tea or cook my favorite meal)! it’s rough but I hope you can slip again friend 1
