Andriel_Isilien Posted March 28, 2024 Report Posted March 28, 2024 Dandelions are an easy plant to identify. It's invasive but guess what? The entire plant is edible! Be certain that the area you are harvesting hasn't been treated with pesticides, weed killer, pollution from cars (dandelions will literally grow out of cement), and the like. As I have been weeding in my neighbor's garden, I have come across some glorious dandelions. The leaves you can cook up or eat raw like any greens you get at the grocery store. However, my guinea pigs get dibbs on those. 5 minutes later, they have picked it clean! The root I will wash, cut up into pieces, roast, and make tea. Here are the details from my favorite TIktoker! 1
