Thunderthief Posted December 13, 2015 Report Posted December 13, 2015 I am in a new relationship, my girlfriend and I are doing ddlg with bdsm tendencies. We both are into the daddy daughter dynamic but the bdsm thing is really her thing. I'm more into dirty stuff. So my last punishment wasnt enough for her according to her. We don't live together so one of the rules is that she has 20 minutes to respond to my text when I ask her where she is. Lately she has not been responding to my texts on time or calling. I cant tell if she is losing interest in the relationship or if she is just trying to push my buttons so I will punish her harder. Does anyone have any experience with this matter? Help?
Guest Buttons Posted December 13, 2015 Report Posted December 13, 2015 Communicate. If you are genuinely confused about her behaviour and are unsure of what she is asking from you, then have a sit down as two, equal adults, and discuss your concerns. Put the dynamic of DDlg aside for a moment, and be equals. If breaking some rules like that is part of what she enjoys, then you both can have a clear discussion about that, so you are both on the same page! Nobody will be confused -- you will both know what to do. Remember that before we are littles or caregivers, we are all fully grown adults in relationships. Treat this as a communication issue that any couple could have, with or without DDlg incorporated. Best of luck!
Guest MyDaddyMyWorld Posted December 14, 2015 Report Posted December 14, 2015 Twenty minutes is an awfully short time frame. Does she work, have responsibilities that take her time up sometimes, is her sleep pattern erratic etc? I think you need to assess that rule. But on your question, it's impossible to tell. If she is a masochist, or a brat, she will be all about acting out for punishment. You need to actually ask her what the issue is. We can't answer for her.
