What are some good ways to do that by myself? I love bluey but I've watched all the episodes 10 times over. And I don't know any good games to play to help regress. Thank you
Capri Posted January 25, 2024 Report Posted January 25, 2024 I like playing simple puzzle games, doodling/coloring, watching anime or cartoons, and putting happy upbeat music to get into littlespace. Hope you feel better soon!! Btw I haven't watched Bluey before but heard it's really good! Maybe I'll check it out

clumsy_little Posted January 26, 2024 Report Posted January 26, 2024 I wear clothes which will make me feel like a little, keep my snacks which I usually eat in little space and watch Studio Ghibli movies. It slowly and gradually puts me in little space
