Feeling lost.

I made bad choices, and I'm paying for it. I never imagined that I would be in the situation I am in at 23 years old, I have always been very happy, independent, but now my energy is so low, I feel so rejected by those who should love me, that I only think about crying every day... I just wanted to find someone who would take care of me, my feelings and make me smile again..

Thing about bad choices is they can be used as a learning experience for sure and your young so you can learn and get better at choosing

I'm sorry you feel so lost rn. I'm 25 and going through some tough life choices rn that have to do with decisions I've made since graduating high school so I feel for you right now ❤️ I just want you to know that we're here for you and we appreciate you.

Would you mind elaborating a little more on your story? Do you have any ideas on why you're having low energy problems?

I think it's something a lot of us go through in our 20's. Mistakes are made. 

Hope. That's all you have to hold on to. Never let it die. There were times I didn't have the strength to worry about next week, but all I had to do was make it through tomorrow.

Each day is a new day. No one can see the future. Ultimately, you have no idea what it will bring.

I know what it's like to feel powerless. We all do. Sometimes we get angry or sad. Sometimes we break things or give up on it all. Because what are we suppose to do when there is nothing we can do? Accept it.

Acceptance isn't about giving in. It's about standing strong and resolute in the face of things we cannot change.

I have hope that things will get better for you. 😉

Hell I'll be 50 in June and there are many things I wish I'd done differently.  At time I feel like the song from Les Miserables, "I dreamed a dream"  Especially in these last two years.
