Simple Words

Hello again,

So we have been talking about poetry and how as one very wise scholar/scribe once stated “ poetry is your true inner monologue and the bearing of one’s soul”. Aka B. the wise and indelibly yellow  

In conversation we talked about words and how you can tell a lot about a person by the way they write and express themselves. I have always been fascinated by words, etymology and literature in general. 
 

I have always said that my words will tell you who I am, so on that note. I have been encouraged to share. This is not about DDLG or the dynamic just a reflection of the bearing of ones inner soul and a reflection of me. 

Simple Words:

Will my footsteps mark this earth,

Shall I make it spin.

Will a sentence hold fair “Tolkien”

Or shall these lines run thin.

Can a few words make a difference,

Please, tell me that they can.

Not much else I’m very good at,

Simple words…. is all I am.
