I love when Daddy tells me stories when we're curled up in bed, but sometimes he's too tired to think of one. So, reading me a book is the next, best thing!

Do you have any favorite books you like, or that you little likes you to read to them? I need some new books so I would really appreciate any suggestions. Here's the list of books in my collection...

Guess How Much I Love You

I Love My Daddy

Eloise

On Our Way Home

Owl Moon

Knuffle Bunny

Uni the Unicorn

Claire and the Unicorn Happily Ever After

Thank you!

My favorite is "Love you Forever." It's so sweet. I think littles with Mommies would like that one.

My absolute favorite is Batwings and the Curtain of Night, it's a beautiful story my mother used to read to me about Mother Nature .The story of Ferdinand, Stellaluna and The stinky Cheeseman are all great ones too! :3

"East of the sun, west of the moon", a Norwegian fairytale, is one of my favorite stories.

I like fairytales, most stories by Hans Christian Andersen or Grimm brothers.

This a book I've had since I was a kid.

Oh my gosh, everybody, thank you so much! I'm travelling for this week (staff and board meetings) and have to be a grown AND away from Daddy for 6 days--I'm really missing him. You guys gave me great ideas and I ordered some books and now I'm really excited to get home and hear my new bedtime stories.

THANK YOU!

When I was a kid my mom always read the Golden Books to me. Surprisingly Golden Books are still very much a thing and have come out with TONS more stories. Many of them are Disney related, too, which makes me super happy. So I read A LOT of those.

Of course, there are always other classics that I read as well. Such as Corduroy, Where the Wild Things Are, anything Seuss, Harold and the Purple Crayon, etc...

As a dad, I'm always looking for great bedtime stories that will entertain my kids and teach them valuable life lessons. Biscuit's Amazing Treasure Hunt has quickly become a favorite in our household. https://a.co/d/fHLFKpD

Omg thank you so much for mentioning these books I almost forgot about them since it’s been almost 30 years since I read any of them, but I really loved “there once was an old lady who swallowed a fly I don’t know why she swallowed a fly”

did you also ever read hats for sale about a tall man who put hats ontop of each other one by one making him seems super duper tall and he went around d selling hats that way ( I used to read that as a toddler also i think it was similar to the old lady who swallowed a fly book an Dr Seuss since they rhymed an it was a fun read but that’s just my opinion on my memories not any facts) then there was a lot little lulu books an comics they didn’t ryhme but they were great books I only just remembered them after being reminded of the books you mentioned. Wow what a flash back :)
