As someone who has been homeless twice in my life this was really difficult to watch.

I really struggled to get through this - I don't understand the "me first, what's mine is mine" attitude so many people seem to not just have, but flaunt. I forget who said "A society is judged by how it treats its weakest and most vulnerable" but it's something that I really believe in.

I don't understand it either, especially when the world now has an easier time and more access to new resources to help solve these problems. Makes me what to shake people and say, "Wake up! Look at all the good we could be doing, not all the money/things we need or have to be earning!"

 

It's disappointing, but I'm hopefully things will eventually change.

I've seen this and this is so terribly mean. It truly makes my heart hurt because people have lost compassion and are so quick to assume things about homeless people.

This is heartbreaking. I will never understand people and why they think homeless are some sort of disease.
