Need help when don’t have a daddy or mommy

I am a little without a mommy or daddy and I need helpful ideas to self regulate or go to bed at good time and reminders I forget easily. Please help

There are quite a few ways to stay organized.

The simplest way is to keep reminders and alarms on your phone. Come up with a general schedule you should be able to follow on most days. And put up reminders and alarms on your phone to stay on target.

You could give yourself reward points every time you do a predetermined objective and reward yourself once you hit targets. This would incentivize you to keep sticking to your schedule.

You could use a multi-device app that sends reminders on your phone and PC.

 

If you are someone who doesn't spend a lot of time on devices, you could go the old-fashioned way of using Post-it notes and a clock around your workstation (or any place where you spend a fair bit of time)

You could get creative with it if that's something you enjoy.

 

If you think you spend too much time on devices, most of them can be set up to remind you that you've spent a fair bit of time and that you need to take a break.
