I have counseling comeing up do I mention this life style to her or keep keeping it a secret?? Would love many opinions

Thank you for your input I really appreciate it and I'll take your advice and reach out before apt and give her a heads up . Littles day was ruined today because I got caught being in my space today for the first time ever and decided to open up and talk to the family member about it and I just feel empty and numb now !

I agree with GK. If they are versed and educated in kink then by all means yes. If not I would keep it to myself until you find someone that can be of support. 

I'm sorry you felt forced into a conversation about your private life. But on the bright side, tomorrow is also littles day. Turns out every day is according to that calendar so you can hopefully have a better one tomorrow.

What ever your comfortable with . You can always wait to see how the counseling is helping for a couple sessions that way you can get a best on the counselor and go frin there

I am also seeking counseling. I have made kink-friendly one of my requirements. I empathize with your recent experience. I can understand keeping your little secret. I've recently stopped hiding and being ashamed of this aspect of myself. However, I do still get embarrassed. I am sorry you are going through this. My mental health can't take it when I feel judged.
