Group Crochet Granny Square Blanket

During the introductions, it was noticed that a lot of us were interested in crocheting. I am reaching out to see who/ if anyone would be interested in working together to make a granny square blanket.

How this would work: we would decide on a square size, every square you submit your name gets entered into the draw. Once the blanket is complete we will draw a name and that person will win the blanket. Once you have submitted a picture of your completed square you will need to mail it to me (you will get the information for this privately after you show that the square is completed). Once the name has been drawn for the winner, they will be mailed the completed blanket.

Ohhh, that's a great idea. I hadn't thought of that! I'd been thinking of sending/exchanging squares with folks individually. I like your idea much better. Blankets would get done much faster!!

Most definitely! I was also thinking of posting in the creative corner and letting them know what we are up to incase anyone there would like to be involved in the project!
