This could be something that you are very excited about, or something that relates to this week's theme of "All About Me." If you are unfamiliar with the concept of Show and Tell, it is a popular activity in American schools - each child often brings in a special item to school that they want to share with the rest of the class, and it was expected that the student held up the item, or passed it around to their classmates (share), and they would tell a story about it (tell). For example, when I was about 11, in my theater class we were to bring in an object that you had had for a long time - since you were a baby. I brought in my baby blanket and told the story of how my mother received it during the baby shower, so I had the blanket before I was even born! (I am 31 now, and I still have that blanket!) Another student brought in a necklace, someone else brought in a book. So, this week, please share something with us that relates to YOU, or makes you very excited (maybe a new stuffie?!) 2 1 1
Vampiress Posted October 2, 2023 Report Posted October 2, 2023 Hello! So I am big into stuffie collecting, I have SO MANY. I don't know how many, just lots and lots. Also, wolves are my favorite animal (especially arctic wolves). Well I went into town last week and I got a couple of new stuffies and a puzzle. So I got Spot the dog, I am sure some of you have read those books. I also got a husky stuffie, and the wolf figure is actually a puzzle you can take apart and put back together again. I thought that was pretty neat! 5 2

It was the first gift that a boy has ever gave to me (it's from my ex boyfriend) and I loved it since it came to my house in valentines day. He loves sleeping, eating pizza and do crazy things like riding a motorcycle. I really love him, he is too special for me. My mom loves him too and we always celebrate his birthday (he is three years old now). ❤️ 4 2
Kali Posted October 2, 2023 Report Posted October 2, 2023 This is Mr. Gecko. He probably lives in the walls of my apt. Did you know Geckos chirp?? He's gotten a lot bigger and fatter since I took this picture. He visits my window every night, like clock work. I think it's because the light shinning though the window attracts bugs so he comes to eat. 🤭 2 4

PennyGoodfellow Posted October 4, 2023 Author Report Posted October 4, 2023 I work in a library, and the children's department is hatching baby chicks! We have 4 babies right now in the incubator (they'll be moved to a larger habitat once they dry off!) 2 1 2
LilLamby73 Posted October 4, 2023 Report Posted October 4, 2023 For my Show and Tell this is my doggo Bella. I did not list her as my favorite animal because she is family and my best friend. Bella is very picky about who she will let pet her and she is very protective of her family. She is very sweet to me and we love each other a whole lot. I was told several months ago that Bella was going to die in a few weeks time and I was very very sad. I thought I would have to say good bye to my best friend soon. But I read some stuff and started making her food for her and giving her vitamins and magic pills and she is doing so so good! I am so happy that I have more time with my bestie for however long that is! 2 1 1 1

cutterbup Posted October 5, 2023 Report Posted October 5, 2023 This is owo! she’s named like that cuz that’s what her face look like :3 o w o she holds very good memories cause she goes on adventures with me and she was here when i met my daddy! we went bike riding with her (the pic was too big to put here) and we visited the golden gate bridge! it was very fun and she was very happy she likes looking grumpy but not for real, just to be cheeky she cuddles very good and feels nice, she’s tiny so i can take her everywhere !!! 2 1 2

She helps me so much with handling daily life and makes my heart swell with love and purpose. She loves snuggling with soft blankets and stuffies and her bedtime is 8:30 - she demands to get tucked in at this time. She also has lots of outfits and loves to play dress up and prance around. She is an older doggo now and isn't as hyper as she used to be, but she loves going on short walks and meeting new people. She does not like to leave my side and always wants to be pushed against me and have all da attentions. She is a big reason why I'm here today and look forward to tomorrow 💚 Also dat froggo is Ribbert my favorite stuffie ❤️ 2 1 1
