Guest Fae ME Posted September 20, 2023 Report Posted September 20, 2023 (edited) @goldogs I face almost similar problems like you and I think I can help you. My situation is reverse. Littles are not popular in my society. So I easily slip into little space when I speak with people from UK, USA, Europe, BUT I find hard to come out of this space AND when I go out of my room into little space and talk with my parents or family or other Indians, they treat me as abnormal or mentally disoriented. Most of the time my parents yell at me "Behave like an adult! What's your age!". So I get upset, come back to my room and cry a lot. However, I found a path to deal with this problem, ie meditation. We need to know when can we become a little and when we have to behave as an adult. So when I join this forum or international forums where I can find people like-minded, even though the meeting is professional, then I close my eyes-take deep breath-comman my mind to slip into little space-and I become a little. Next step, when the meeting is over or I am in the meeting and any of my parents come to talk to me at that time, then again simply reverse meditate---close my eyes-take one deep breath-and command my mind to be an adult. It is extremely painful for me to come out of little and talk like an adult in seconds, but I have no choice because littles are not liked in India. It is just how you control and command your mind. So I think in your case, you close your eyes-take deep breaths as long as you need to remove your cluttered thoughts from your mind-then command your brain to slip into little space and see how this works. After doing this for one week, you will be an expert in doing this. Hope this helps you a little. Enjoy... Edited September 20, 2023 by Fae Engla
MasterPhotog Posted September 20, 2023 Report Posted September 20, 2023 As Fae has suggested, breathing sound like a great idea. Being a Daddy/CG, I have noticed that whenever I'm talking to a little, I'm instantly in Daddy mode, however on the other hand when I'm talking to non-littles I'm not. Therefore, I'm assuming talking to an imaginary Daddy may possibly have similar effect. Just my 2 cents.
Guest Fae ME Posted September 20, 2023 Report Posted September 20, 2023 @MasterPhotog As you know Indian culture is a bit different, we have to fight with everyone. From pur parents to everyone. Life of an Indian girl is not easy. We want Daddy to take us, but what happens communication create trouble. In India we do not study about these lifestyles, but we want relief from this stressful culture. We don't know how to identify our natural hierarchy. Before joining this forum, you can't imagine, every night I thought that why English people are rejecting me? There are many people accorss the Globe proposed me, but not a single English man had his castle for me. I was sad that I have just simple one dream to have an English Daddy who must be related to law profession so that I can maintain work-life balance. It was so frustrating that no one understood that I want a Daddy. Several English people told me that my culture is different than them whereas I knew this colour of my England and I wanted to be ruled by my Daddy from my childhood. Out of frustration, I lost faith in relationship. However, finally, I found this platform and my Daddy found me. I don't have enough words to express my gratitude to the founding members of this platform. So keep breathing and fight for your desires. He who sleeps his destiny sleeps too. Breath and fight.
