What you're looking for in a pen pal: I would love to have someone to send letters or cards back and forth with and maybe after a while do like a snack or little space item exchange. I think sending little letters and pictures or stickers is a fun idea. I think a lot of us feel a disconnect in certain social areas and this is a fun way to help bridge the gap. I'd be happy to hear from or to write anyone who's looking for a friend. I'm kinda boring and socially awkward but I'm down 4

I will personally likely write the letters as either a middle or a big person but would be happy to receive a letter from anyone. I love the idea of sending stickers and even snacks or little treats for each other from different places. I know that @Kali mentioned maybe sharing an art project and I love that idea as well. I would even love to send drawings or colored pictures back and forth!!! Honestly any kind of interactions I am very excited to have. I can't wait to start this!! 4

I can do international letters, but not larger parcels at the moment - I'm hoping perhaps for larger events like holiday swaps! I have been a penpal for the past 19 years (when did THAT happen!). I'm open to long or short letters, postcards, mostly while Big, but also Little/Middlespace swaps and such would be great. I love the idea of a crochet square swap that was mentioned, and I've been brainstorming for the past day or so on how to make this space come alive. I'm happy to post internationally but as others have said parcels are not going to happen often due to the expense. What you're looking for in a pen pal: I ramble. I'm good at rambling. I've had lots of penpals through my life and the style of writing tends to vary from person to person. I'd really like to write letters from my middlespace and I kind of write them in a diary format with stickers and doodles. I'd be really happy to enclose recipes, stickers, washi tapes, papercraft, etc. Light things that can be very exciting but also cheaper to send. I wrote most of my letters in the 90s when I was in my early teens. That might give you an idea of what kind of letters I'd like to write - think gel pens and girly squeals over my latest (celebrity) crush! xD If you're little and you'd like to write to me I'd happily exchange letters but I'd probably write as more of a "big sister" perspective than as a little myself. That can be really fun and I think some littles bring out the caregiver in me! I forgot to say that I live out in the middle of nowhere so getting to a post office can be a little difficult at times. I like watching cartoons like transformers earthspark and Disney movies. I enjoy traveling to different places but am a homebody at heart.
