Bowtiedupprincess Posted December 2, 2015 Report Posted December 2, 2015 Am I the only one who can't control it? How do you adult at work? Around your kids? At social gatherings? My little wants to come out and play when I'm trying to adult, Grrr
fatyknowsnothing Posted December 2, 2015 Report Posted December 2, 2015 I'm pretty flexible on switching from big to little or little to big. I have this several things to calm down little me when I have to be big at the moment. Like i'll drink coffee at the office cz it makes me feel like an adult or listen to jazz that I consider as adult music. On social gathering I wear fancy clothes or accessories that make me feel more adult. Just focus and try to know your side a lil bit more, what trigger it and what things can calm it down. 1

missycat2015 Posted December 3, 2015 Report Posted December 3, 2015 When I'm at work, I'm an adult around my manager unless she's telling me off because she's very motherly and it makes me feel like a kid, but when I'm with my other coworkers, we're all pretty much big kids. A few weeks ago I came on shift and one girl came sliding to the front door on a chair with wheels, demanded i get on and pushed me down the corridor racing the guy in the wheel chair. I love my job 1

Guest littlemissragamuffin Posted December 3, 2015 Report Posted December 3, 2015 I never feel like an adult. I often turn work into a game. Like when I use to work in a factory running press, I'd race my own open/close times to see how fast I could go. This did two things made me a very good hard worker and keep me from being bored. Now that I clean I do other things. Like trash bag in the garbage bin, 10points! Lol
LittleVenom Posted December 3, 2015 Report Posted December 3, 2015 I have been thinking about this a lot lately. I have been a stay at home mum for quite awhile, and my last job I was a play therapist! So basically my little has had a lot of time to be free. But I also love the sciences and have studied hard to get into a decent career. I am going for my first job interview for an engineering position next week. I know my submissive/little personality is so not going to be able to work at all in this job. I am freaking out so much because I have found out that even when it comes to things that I know how to do for myself, around certain types of people (like the men I will be working with!) I just seem to become helpless and dependent. I do like the suggestions though of having certain things that might trigger me into the adult space. I am thinking though that as soon as I get home I am going to be wanting to be even more of a little then before!! So need a full time daddy to come home to :-(

I'm an in home caregiver for senior citizens so I can't think of anything to do that with :/

Guest littlemissragamuffin Posted December 8, 2015 Report Posted December 8, 2015 Old people are great! I just love them, theu are so cute... In that being old way lol They usually love me too lol I like to hear them talk about life 。^‿^。
LittleVenom Posted December 8, 2015 Report Posted December 8, 2015 ha well I really surprised myself today at the job interview. It helped the way I was dressed up so professionally. Ha after my besty saw the photos of me all dressed up she sent messages to me all day addressed to 'boss bitch'. Two of them on the panel were very much mummy and daddy types though and I felt like they would take me under their wing since I am only a freshy. I was right though, as soon as I was safe to let go of the act, my little (probably more a young teenager though), put on my funky music and sang and grooved all the way home, and acted extremely silly with my girls all night.
Guest Heavenly.D.Carr Posted December 8, 2015 Report Posted December 8, 2015 I'm always little unless I'm doing something very important. I carry around my favorite stuffie, blanky, paci, and eat my snackies. . I talk like an adult but I'm always letting my little side out and in my spare time I usually end up coloring.
Elisa*little Posted December 15, 2015 Report Posted December 15, 2015 My desk is decorated in all sorts of toys. I even have to work stuffies to protect my work space.
