Smaller adult pacis?

I've been doing a lot of research on teats for pacis because the NUK 6 is really uncomfy and big in my mouth. I was wondering if anyone had recommendations for smaller teats? Every time I try to search for something I don't get much so I was wondering if anyone had ideas?

There is a NUK 5 therapeutic pacifier that I hear sits different in the mouth and is a bit smaller, but it's latex.

Have you tried real baby pacifiers? I'd recommend getting the largest size you can, 18+ month or size 3, and see if that works for you. If not I recommend get a baby latex one to see if latex bothers you before investing in the NUK 5. Latex also doesn't last as long and would need to be replaced every so often, how often depends on how much you use it and how well you take care of it.

You could also try teething toys or chewable jewelry/chew charms for dealing with oral fixations or to help feel small during little space!
