Funny_Little_Bean Posted June 7, 2023 Report Posted June 7, 2023 Hey guys, Long story short, I've had a horrible few weeks. Truly. So I could really use any ideas you have to help pick my mood up a bit so I feel comfortable enough to go to little space. I don't like going to little space when I feel low as I don't want to cloud the experience I guess. It's my happy place and I want to enjoy being there so don't like going there when I feel so low.
Daddy6foot10 Posted June 7, 2023 Report Posted June 7, 2023 Take a bath and relax to de stress and then try go in to little space once you’re not stressed and in a better mood. Hopefully that works 1
MysticSand Posted June 8, 2023 Report Posted June 8, 2023 I think it needs to be something that takes your mind off of things, and can lift you up. I would suggest looking on YouTube for funny videos or for videos that you enjoy - one can never go wrong with animal videos! I've been really enjoying ferret vids from a channel called FuffyFerrets (no -R- or -L-) and recommend them! 1
beanbean Posted June 8, 2023 Report Posted June 8, 2023 Yeah it could be a number of things , music,a new something or other does not have to be expensive, baths, cat videos.a number of things reallly 1
Mr. Davis Posted June 8, 2023 Report Posted June 8, 2023 As mentioned prior ta me....baths....good ol' bath bombs. Yup, yup...cute critter videos, music. Can't go wrong with cartoons and cereal, or twinkies, donuts, colorful marshmallows, pillow forts, a good ol' walk around the woods, and so on an so forth. Keep it simple 1
LittleNyx Posted June 8, 2023 Report Posted June 8, 2023 Calming meditation music, short walk somewhere with trees, chamomile tea, guided meditations that are focusing on relaxation or positive affirmations...those are my go to thingys 1
Guest Erickwcurls Posted June 8, 2023 Report Posted June 8, 2023 (edited) Exercise for an hour, of some sort. Yoga, hike, run, lift weights, using your own body like planking, pushups etc. You will feel better after, i promise Edited June 8, 2023 by Erickwcurls
Goofy Dad Energy Posted June 9, 2023 Report Posted June 9, 2023 If you live by a river or stream, you can have yourself a picnic nearby. I bet that'd help a bunch.
