I haven't been able to get into little space for about a month. im going through a lot of stress and I also have mental illnesses (such as depression and anxiety) which makes the stress worse. do any of you get this say? how do you help yourself feel little again?

I hate feeling all old and icky ew

I won't be much help since my little space is my way to combat such stress and anxiety and the like

But stress isn't helping you the best thing I can suggest is first idenitfy what is stresssing you out and perhaps play some soothing games like these

I struggle with Anxiety and Depression almost everyday. I can most definitely understand what it's like not being able to go into Little Space when dealing with these issues. U ^U I am medicated so that has helped me with some improvement, as well as changing my diet, getting plenty of B Vitamins and drinking lots of water. Dressing Little or doing Little Activies helps me with my Anxiety so it's kind of confusing and goes hand in hand. Sometimes I am so Anxious I can't do Little things.. other times I'm so overwhelmed that I just bring myself to do Little things and then I feel much better. Dressing Little makes me very courageous in dealing with Anxiety. It's like "I've got my pig tails on today and nothing is going to bring me down! No negative thoughts." <3 It's hard to think negatively when you feel Little so it's about finding a routine or activity that helps! I say the answer is do Little Things to help with our Big Problems like Anxiety and Depression! When I'm Little I'm a Princess and will treat myself as such! Princesses are strong and wise AND MAGICAL AND HAPPY. Hehe. > w< <3
