You are most welcome.

I'm trying to remember to take pics when I see things instead of just looking at them and later thinking ummm you shoulda snapped a pic.

If you see bunnies, alligators or stick bugs that'd be awesomeness.

Stick bugs should be pretty easy I think. If I go fishing I'll look for a gator. I have bunnies but they aren't big fans of letting me get too close.

That's kay.   Just be careful around alligators.  They are not overly friendly.  Kinda mean I saw them in captivity in FL.  There were warnings from the game warden/rangers about approaching the alligators.  Loved it.

I have a colony? of stick bugs I came across the other day so I just ran and took a couple pics.

I usually give gators and myself a little room and try not to disturb them too much. But they will usually let you get close enough for a photo op.

Those are awesome.  They don't live up here.  Do they really move slow like praying mantis?   I guess I've asked nough questions.

I haven't messed with them but they are pretty slow. I've been seeing more of them lately.

What a beautiful video ! Then I see the gator and I think hmm.. what a glorious animal to ride into battle.

All of them are awesome but the grasshopper.  Ewwww.   Creepy little sucker..  Can never trust them.  Will they hop, fly or walk?  Next thing we know the creepy untrustworthy evil spawn might learn to swim then there's no safe place

He was being oddly shy. The closer I tried to get the farther he would swim so I finally gave up and gave him his space.

Now I'm seeing a battle gear clad monkey riding a gator, that's a sight .

That was one of the smaller ones, it was about 3 and a half inches long. And I hate to be the bearer of bad news but they actually swim pretty well. No where as fast as they fly of course, which is good. But I watched one swim about 30 feet and not even a gar bothered it, maybe they taste bad?!

Thanks.   Never moving too far south.  Those things ewww.   Rather deal with spiders and snakes.  You know the way they are.  Give then space they give you space.  However we don't have any of the bad ones here.

As long as I see the critter first I'm not really stressed by any of them. I will say walking through a spider web in the dark will turn you into a martial arts master in a heartbeat though lol. We have plenty of those big orb weaver types that we call banana spiders. Those webs are tough and stick to everything and you never know where the spider is, not cool.

Sounds like you need a special wand for those webs.

When they get bad I do grab a stick and wave it in front of me like a crazy person as I walk lol

Now I think I need to go scavenging in the woods for a wand.
