Coloring Contest Theme Ideas And Suggestions

I am looking for ideas or themes for upcoming coloring contests that might help get more members to participate. Have an idea? Drop it below and lets have some fun.

Perhaps a Na Narnia type theme or a Dungeons and dragons theme where you have Unicorns, dragons, Elves, Draves, Goblins, Fairys for example.

How about this also besides what I suggested. Using multiple flowers. Which can use different colors. Scenery of location sites for example. Safari scenes which is animals. Anything that gives multiple colors. Like a spectrum colors.

You could make it a challenge! Like you can only used shades of blue, or have to stay within a theme. I know it's usually open for any submission, but adding a challenge might spark more interest. Maybe have multiple categories, so there is one for an overall winner plus challenges and/or themes.

Maybe you could have hidden object color sheets too! That sounds fun

I kinda tried to upload something for the contest but due to the allowed size for the upload I gave up 🥺

I like the pictures and print them out to color.. some are really cute, others not so much but I think that's good so there is one for everyone's liking..

My problem Shadow I never really got into coloring. I would be given coloring books as a kid. Color a bit. Very soon get bored and go to something else. Note_ I consider myself the Daddy in here.  I suppose if I found a little again and they wanted to color I would color with them.

I don't have any new ideas, but I'll try to think of some. I just wanted to add that I do appreciate that you let us pick our own coloring pages. A lot of online coloring pages are not super friendly with digital coloring because of the file types, or the way the lines are drawn. I hope that will continue to be an option!

The only idea I have is maybe listing some digital coloring apps or programs... like Krita (pc), MS Paint, Gimp, Recolor (it's a phone app), etc. Maybe have a static post you can link to that has that plus image hosting options if people do traditional coloring (like imgur).
