Ok I wasn't sure where to put this, so after eny meanie miney mo, it ended up here 🙂

Hi I'm Em Frosty, and for those who I have yet to meet (long story short) my Daddy died last year.....

Warning this may become emotional, but I truly want to thank this site and everyone on it who was there for me when I needed them. Dealing with the death of someone you love sucks and I wish it on no one and it's even worse when you can't talk to people as the person you are on the inside. I hadn't been on the forum in ages and I'm glad I thought of coming here. We met on here when I was looking for information on DDlg and it blossomed into love 💕

Losing him literally almost killed me (broken heart syndrome) but after I struggled out of the hospital, I needed a place where I could scream "I miss my Daddy" or "I want my Daddy back" and others understood. You have no idea how much being understood helps in the healing process. Am I healed? Oh heck no and maybe I'll never be "healed" but I'm still putting one foot in front of the other and moving on.

Ok ok enough rambling. I truly want to thank this community for the help it gave me and for just existing in general. And those who personally helped me in one way or another just know even though I'm not listing you all, I'm hugging you in my mind and am thankful for you everyday.
