In Florida for 2 weeks!

My friend and I are here visiting.  We might go looking for alligators 🐊 tomorrow.   Yay!!!   Might name one Steve or Dave...imagine a pet alligator.   I could get a pet anole and name him Harold or Harvey?  But they'd have to live here...I can't take them on the plane😭

I sooo wanna see one upclose.   We're we might go another day we get to see snakes and hold them, lizards too.   And they even have ones you shouldn't touch.

Going to Weeki Wachee?  Tomorrow no idea whats instore.  Today it was a surprise I live for surprises.   A Wilderness Park it was so hot.  But fun.  We will go on a cruise for a day.

Okay.  Snacks?  Only good ones.  But they have baby alligators.  I want to see real big ones.  But I was told I can't go out to the small waterway behind the condo at night it isn't safe.  So I'll just have to wait to see one.

The Weeki Wachee springs and Mermaids are awesome! It’s been a long Florida tradition. Depending on where you go and what you do, you may see gators. Airboat rides are really great. There is a place in Central Florida called GatorLand. And they have hundreds of reptiles, especially gators, to see. 
 

Hope you are having a blast. It’s beautiful here and lots to do all over the state.

We went on a boat ride.  Not airboat though we got to see an eagles nest an osprey caught a fish right out of the water.  And the ranger guy showed us all these animals. 

The Mermaid show.  I was not ready for the yelling and loudness.  But I loved the Mermaids.  They were awesome.   Chester the turtle though was my favorite.  Peacocks everywhere!! I saw an alligator or 2.  Not a fan of grasshoppers they were everywhere.  Someone saved me from a big one.  I saw a bunny he was not supposed to be there.

Going back to the Waterpark.  Kayaking, lazy river and waterside.  Florida is so nice but drive crazy!

it can be drive crazy as everything is spread out all over. However, it is amazing once you get to those places. Whether it’s the Space Coast, the Everglades, the Keys, beaches, springs or whatever. It can be a hell of an experience.

Okay.  St Petersberg.  They have tall ships gonna dress up today!!!  Lakeland for Airshow this weekend.  I am worn out from running all over the last few days.   I am excited to see how things go.
