Cass1995 Posted March 22, 2023 Report Posted March 22, 2023 I sometimes like to bake but with my food allergy it makes it harder to do. I found some recipes, baked goods, and baking mixes that are delicious. That are gluten and grain free.

Sloth Fairy Posted March 25, 2023 Report Posted March 25, 2023 I have to eat gluten free. It was tough at first but I learned along the way. I enjoy baking and do most things from scratch. That way I can control better what goes into it because I'm also trying to cut down on sugar content. I've found different recipes using almond flour, plantain flour or chickpea flour. I kind of enjoy expirementing with different ingredients. I feel like a mad scientist 1
beanbean Posted March 25, 2023 Report Posted March 25, 2023 There are definitely a bunch of different kinds of flour's that don't have gluten in them experimenting is the best way to find what you like , trying all different kinds spices on it is also fun
