πŸ₯‘Β AVOCADO BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIEΒ πŸ₯‘ (makes 1 cup worth)

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 (6 oz) plain Greek style yogurt

1/2 c almond milk

1/2 c water

1/4 avocado - peeled, pitted, and diced

Blend blueberries, yogurt, almond milk, water, and avocado in a blender until smooth.

Linking the thread I wrote up with photos about my stash of smoothie ingredients I keep frozen (cuz I can't stand adding plain ice to my blender).

My staples to building a smoothie is a cup of milk (I like nondairy best), fruit (1/2 banana for sweetness and then a handful of whatever fruit I got), veggies (a couple handful of leafy greens, zucchini, pumpkin, or sweet potato), protein (powder I scoop in), fat (a spoonful of chia seeds, hemp hearts, flax seeds or peanut butter). Cocoa powder, vanilla extract, cinnamon, etc can be added for whatever flavor I'm craving. Easy peasy!
